1. PURPOSE AND GENERAL INFORMATION.
In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, RdeT BackslidE S.L. (Scotta1985) informs you that it is the owner of the website www.scotta1985.com. In accordance with the requirements of Article 10 of the aforementioned Law, Scotta1985 provides the following information: The owner of this website is Rdet BackslidE S.L., with VAT number: B91520528 and registered address at Calle Brasil 13, 41013, Seville. These General Conditions expressly regulate the relationships between Scotta 1985, C/ Brasil 13, 41013 Seville, and with VAT: B91520528 (hereinafter, “”Scotta 1985″”) and third parties (hereinafter, “”Users””) who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official Scotta1985 website (https://www.scotta1985.com hereinafter the “”Store””).
2. USER’S OBLIGATIONS.
The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, acquire Products, and use each of the Store’s services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these General Conditions. The User shall also refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage, or impair the normal functioning and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could harm or cause damage to the property and rights of Scotta 1985, its suppliers, Users, or any third party.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES.
3.1 Scotta1985 reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, Scotta1985 may add new Products to those offered or included in the Store at any time, and such new Products shall be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions unless otherwise specified. Likewise, Scotta1985 reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice to any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.
3.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond as faithfully as possible to the Products actually offered, as allowed by web display technology. The characteristics of the Products and their prices are displayed in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping/transportation costs are not included in the prices.
3.3 The offers presented in the store are valid only to the extent of available stock. However, you will be informed about the availability of the products offered at the time of authorization of your purchase. If a product is not available after authorization of your purchase, Scotta1985 will promptly send you an email to notify you of the estimated waiting time, and the customer can modify their purchase or wait for the product. The waiting time for a product is a maximum of 30 business days. After this time, we proceed to refund the full amount of your purchase, canceling the charge on your bank account in the same manner as the payment was made.
3.4 Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the European Union member states will be subject to VAT. Purchases to be delivered in territories of non-member states of the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla will be exempt from VAT, and the VAT will be refunded once the purchase is made.
4. PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT METHODS FOR PRODUCTS.
4.1 All orders are placed exclusively through the Store page, following the instructions provided on the page. The customer must declare their agreement with the information and acceptance of these general sales conditions before making their purchase. Scotta1985 will send an email to the User confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code and detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs, and the various payment options for the Products to Scotta1985.
4.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store. Payment for purchases is made in advance. The customer must pay the corresponding amount for their order through CREDIT CARD PAYMENT or PAYPAL PAYMENT.
4.3 Scotta1985 will keep electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be made in the Spanish language.
4.4 The order confirmation sent by Scotta1985 is not valid as an invoice, only as a purchase receipt. Scotta1985 will send the corresponding invoice along with the Product.
5. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.
5.1 Exchanges and returns are allowed for a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the order, without exception. Once the package is collected at the customer’s address, returns take 3 to 4 business days to be received in our warehouses. Once received, the maximum refund period can be up to 14 days.
5.2 The deadline for claiming damages to the merchandise resulting from the actions of the carrier will be twenty-four hours or at the time of delivery if the damages are externally noticeable. As per Articles 68 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, from the receipt of your purchase, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return the products.

In any case, Scotta1985 will require the consumer to return the products in perfect condition, in a resalable state, not damaged or stained, without any odor, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note. The consumer is also informed that if the products are not returned in their original packaging, they will be subject to depreciation.
5.4 Scotta 1985 reserves the right to deny refunds for goods and items considered used or damaged. Underwear, socks, perfumes, and masks cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.
