· How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email a few minutes after placing your order. If you do not receive it, please make sure you have entered your email correctly and/or check your Spam folder.
· How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you must send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible, provided that the order has not been processed, we will cancel it. If it has already been processed, you must request a return once you have received the package at your home.
· I have added the wrong shipping address.
To change the address, you must send us an email to [email protected], provided that the order has not yet been collected by the transport company, we will make the change. If the shipping process has already been processed, follow the instructions provided by the transport company.
· Can I add additional products to an existing order?
Once you have finalized and confirmed your order, we cannot add new products. If you wish to do so, you must make a new purchase.
For a limited time after confirmation, and before the order status has been processed, you may request a total cancellation of the order.
· How can I know if an item is in stock?
Within each item, you will find all sizes in black. If there is any message in a lighter color, it means that there is currently no stock.

The ‘completed’ status in your Scotta 1985 account does not mean that the order has already been delivered, the status indicates that the package has been correctly prepared and has left our facilities.
<strong>· How can I ensure that I have made my purchase correctly?</strong>
Immediately after placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam folder.
<strong>· Changes and returns</strong>
Changes and returns of orders placed from outside Spain must be sent directly by the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs it entails. When the return arrives at our warehouse, the corresponding item or items will be refunded. If you need a new size, you must place a new order.

Scotta 1985 reserves the right not to refund the amount of garments that have been damaged or used by the customer. Once a returned garment is received at our warehouses, the corresponding review will be carried out.

Within 24/48 hours after placing your order, you will receive an invoice to your email.

Returns

Returns will be allowed within 15 days following receipt of the order.
Once the package arrives at our warehouses, the maximum refund period can be up to 15 days.
Under no circumstances can underwear, socks, and colognes be returned for hygiene reasons.
